Common questions
Can multiple team members manage the same project?
Each project has a site token that can be used to update or delete it. Share the token with your team and anyone can update the site. Full multi-user team accounts are on the roadmap.
Can I use gatedpage for client review links?
Yes. Upload a design mockup, prototype, or report and share the link with your client. They open it in their browser — no login, no account. Password protection is coming soon for added security.
What happens to files after a project ends?
You can delete any site at any time using your site token or from your dashboard. Free tier files also expire automatically after 14 days.
Is gatedpage suitable for sharing internal documents?
For static assets and one-off shares, yes. Links are not guessable and not indexed. For sensitive documents requiring access control, wait for the upcoming password protection feature.
