Is this per seat or per workspace?
Per workspace. One flat monthly (or yearly) price covers your whole team — no per-seat fees, no matter how many members you add.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Switch anytime from your workspace billing settings — yearly billing works out to about 2 months free.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace drops back to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Existing sites over the Free plan's limits stop being served until you're back within them or you upgrade again.
Can I use this for client work or multiple projects?
Yes. Team and Business plans include unlimited workspaces and unlimited projects.
How do team workspaces work?
Your workspace is created the moment you sign in with Google. Paid workspaces get unlimited members and can share any project so the whole team can access it.
Is SSO / Single Sign-On supported?
Yes — SSO, role-based access control (owner / admin / member / viewer roles), and a team audit log (with CSV/JSON export and a SIEM API) are included on the Business plan, and SSO-gated links are available on every plan.
Can I password-protect my hosted pages?
Yes — password protection is available on Team and Business plans. Add a password to any project so only people with the link and password can view it.
Do you keep an audit log?
Yes — Business workspaces get an append-only audit log recording every security-relevant action: members invited, joined or removed, role changes, projects shared, deleted or transferred, and password or SSO changes. Filter it by action, actor or date, export the full history as CSV or JSON, or pull it into your SIEM via an authenticated API.
